YouTube filtering allows parents to control what YouTube videos children are able to watch. When you wish to turn on filtering please toggle filtering on or off under DEVICE RESTRICTIONS in your dashboard, or from your iOS Parental Control App.

What is Filtered?

When YouTube filtering is turned on, searches for objectionable content will be restricted. Filtering includes the thumbnails, as well as comments. Videos that are limited are based on Google internal process as well as user feedback.

Notes

Netsanity does not control YouTube filtering, but rather Google. The ratings are user-based, so we cannot guarantee the accuracy of each video. However, in most cases, you will find the filtering options appropriate.

Please watch the following video to see how easy it is to activate YouTube filtering and see the results on your child's device.
