Step 1: This guide will help you change the preference for periodic messages regarding your devices from Netsanity to be delivered via SMS/Text instead of E-Mail.
The first step is to login to the Netsanity Parental Dashboard. Type in your E-Mail Address.
Step 2: Type in your Password.
Step 3: Click Login.
Step 4: Contact preferences are found by clicking My Account Details near the top of your dashboard.
Step 5: Then select "Change Contact Information".
Step 6: Type in your phone number, not your child's. This is where you, as the parent, will receive notifications such as warnings about your children's device not checking in, or being un-enrolled.
Step 7: Click the Dropdown for "Notify Me Through".
Step 8: Then select Text Messages.
Step 9: Click Save Changes.
