The timezone setting for a child should match the location they spend most of their time. There are circumstances when the timezone needs to be updated.
The first step is to login to the Netsanity Parental Dashboard. Click Login.

Click the triangle icon menu next to Manage Child.
3 Click Edit Child
4 Click the timezone drop-down to see all timezones.
5 Select the new timezone.
6 That's it! The child's timezone is now accurate. Click Save.
