This guide assumes that the device which Netsanity is installed on has either a fingerprint sensor or facial recognition (Touch ID or FaceID). Common Questions and Answers
- Can you hide the "VPN" icon from appearing on the device? No, that is built into the Apple iOS and only Apple can change that
- Can you make the VPN always on? Yes, but that would create a very high battery drain. Also, in a case of any network disruption, the internet would be unavailable and it can "brick" the device.
- Can you simply prevent the user from deleting the profile? Apple only allows this option for devices in a special mode. It is generally not available to consumers but Netsanity is exploring that for high-risk users.
