This issue is now resolved. Please follow the Re-enrolling process below to re-activate your Apple iOS device(s).

We are aware that there is a current issue with customers not receiving their VPN profiles and thus not able to use filtering. This is caused by a change in Apple's security intermediate certificates which were changed prior to auto-renewal steps on May 14, 2021.
We are working with Apple to create new certificates which will allow new VPN profiles to be delivered.
For now, Please unenroll the devices until we issue an email that the new certificates are tested and working.
Then, you will need to re-enroll each apple device to make sure it has a new security profile installed, and then VPN profiles and services will be reinstated.
